Proof of Concept Consulting Services
Proof of Concept (POC) services provides a customized test bed where cloud solutions
can be evaluated. We work collaboratively with you to investigate both technical
and business requirements to ensure your test migration is a representative sample
of your organization.
The two benefits of moving forward with a POC are determining the unique scenarios
in your business and leveraging a temporary coexistence model for redundancy purposes.
Unique Scenarios
We implement the same approach as we would to deploy any cloud solution, limited
to a small subset of your users. We work with you to determine the best representative
candidates for migration and encourage unique scenarios for each proof of concept.
Unique scenarios include (but not limited to) someone with a large email inbox,
multiple operating systems and/or mobile phones.
Coexistence Model
The proof of concept is a safe bet for anyone nervous about the business impact of
a new cloud solution. Vorsite implements a coexistence strategy during any transition
to ensure a complete data roll back after the trial period has ended. With no lost
data, trying new cloud solutions makes it easier to see the benefits as it relates
