Time-based transfers
Transfers to Enterprise Content Management repositories can be configured for time, age or period based transfers.
Event-driven transfers
Transfers to ECM repositories can be configured to fire on basic SharePoint events (such as Check in, upload, new, etc.)
Retention policy compliant
A simple configuration interface makes applying retention policies quick and easy.
Content versioning
Multiple versions of files can be configured to transfer or to be excluded from transfer.

Users can be prompted to transfer files from the MOSS file drop down menu.
Content metadata mapping
File metadata in MOSS can be correlated directly to the ECM repository metadata.
Archiving and long-term storage
Shortcut links to files in your ECM repository can either retrieve the file to MOSS or be completely removed for added security.
Snapshot transfers
MOSS administrators can copy all files from MOSS to the ECM repository while maintaining the folder structure of MOSS.
